1. Warranty Policy

• All laptops come with a 6-Month Hardware Warranty (Motherboard, Processor, RAM, SSD).
• Battery and Adapter come with a 1-Month Warranty.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or burnt parts.

2. Return & Replacement

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy only if the product has a hardware defect upon arrival. Returns for "change of mind" are not accepted.

3. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days across India.

4. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Noida jurisdiction only.
